Today's Mug..
It's official... I have had my head replaced with a coffee mug... I am now really Too Much Coffee Man!
Anyway... This awesome Kermit mug... Last fall I went to Disney World with my wife, and every time I saw this mug in a shop I'd debate getting it, then talk myself out of it. The she finally stated "Get it! If you don't I will." And laughed...
So here I am, drinking coffee and loving life.
CT HorrorFest 8/27!!!
The Elmwood Gang will be at the CT HorrorFest this Saturday!
We'll be pushing HEAD down peoples throats and even have some little monster puppets for sale!

The LISA Files
So we have this mannequin at the Elmwood studio that was liberated from a sad life in a dingy store no one really likes...
The name stamped on the back of her neck is LISA.
At the store (where some Elmwood crew spent time working at) we'd dress her up and take goofy pictures. And our buddy Joe was in love with her...
Then she joined us in the studio. First I turned her into some "art", dressing her up like Frank-n-furter from "Rocky Horror". Then she disappeared for a while. We then resurrected her to scare the crap out of Manda, one of the puppeteers on HEAD, one nite.
Since then Lisa had a makeover, Mike and I painted her a lovely shade of silver, and she became a minor character on out upcoming show, "The Risley Brothers". Once you see the show, you'll understand how that works, hahaha...
Well... I found all these old pictures of Lisa in a file, and thought it'd be fun to share them.
Once we're done shooting "The Risley Brothers" we're going to make her into another piece of art, with a new makeover, and if all goes to plan we'll be using her as an incentive for an eventual Kickstarter...
But for now...

George Romero, The Ladies Of The Evil Dead, Tyler Mane, and a few others will be there too. They are probably just going to meet me and pick up a copy of the HEAD DVD, but I'm sure they will all be cool and shake your hand too!

Today's Mug
This is the only piece of official merchandise from the short lived
TV series 'The Muppets"...
Awful title for the show, since there was just a movie with the same title. Maybe if the show picked up where that flick, and Muppets Most Wanted ended it would have lasted longer. That said, I did like the show a lot... And like all shows I like over the past few years - it didn't last.
But every time this mug would appear on screen in the show I would say
"I want one!"
And I got it!

Just a beautiful day...
Normally I wouldn't share a pic like this on my blog here...
Memes generally bore me. But I was kicking back on this beautiful thinking about the past 41 years on this Earth, and thought the exact words that are pictured above. And I smiled. Cuz all the crap that was bad, was all worth it. I can't sit here and complain at all.
I'm a happy guy, and I hope all those around me are happy too.
